BBS Review: Luvabella Doll

by Christina Brown

We're a little under 2 weeks away from our expecting our new baby boy, and Cadence will become a big sibling for the first time! Even though I'm a little anxious about our home dynamic changing, I'm confident that Cadence is going to be an amazing big sister. In anticipation of the transition, I've been doing everything in my power to prepare her for this new little life that we're bringing in. So when Spin Master reached out to partner with us on a review of their new Luvabella doll, I knew it would be the perfect pre-baby gift for her. What's really unique about the doll is that is not only looks and feels like a real baby, but it has hundreds of unique responses to your child's actions. Kids can feed her, burp her, play peek-a-boo with her and even talk to her and she responds accordingly. I was blown away by how much she does and how real her responses are. It's been great seeing her interact with the doll because I'm able to provide her with teaching moments that will help when our real baby comes home from the hospital. I instruct her on how to hold the baby to support baby's head, how to be gentle with her new baby and also when it's time to leave the baby alone to let her sleep (yes, she actually goes to sleep on her own!) Check out our video review below:

What do you think? Would you purchase this for a little one in your life? I think it makes a great holiday gift! Leave a comment and let me know.
